In this role, you will be responsible for setting, operating CNC Grinding machines to produce high-precision components, ensuring all parts meet engineering specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality standards through SPC and self-inspection, and contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:Use gauges, micrometers and shadow graphs to ensure parts conform to drawingsSelf-certify personal workProve out programs to ensure timings meet manufacturing and quality standardsKeep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to dateProduce SPC charts and recordsMaintain housekeeping to the highest standardsEnsure all quality procedures are followed, taking an active role in root cause analysis About You:Experience operating RSS and Okuma machinery preferred, or external grinding experienceExperience working within a busy manufacturing environmentExperience setting grinding machines ..... full job details .....
