Job Role: CNC Grinder

Location: Nottingham

Shift: Nights Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate: -19.00 per hour - -22.00 per hour

The company:

A well-established engineering business serving the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on precision engineering is looking for a CNC Grinder to join their growing production team.

The CNC Grinder Candidate:

• At least 2 years of grinding experience (required)
• Proficient in setting and operating CNC Anca 3- and 5-axis machines
• Capable of editing programs and working to tight tolerances
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards
• Able to work independently and operate multiple machines

The CNC Grinder Responsibilities:

• Setup, program, and run CNC grinding machinery
• Maintain quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
• Follow 6S and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively within the team
• Contribute to process improvements and equipment development
