What''s on offer to the CNC Grinder?Starting Salary: Up to 37,379 per annum + overtime + shift allowanceShift Allowance: 18% for morning and afternoon shifts ( 44,107 per annum)Working Hours:Morning Shift: 6:30 am - 2:30 pmAfternoon Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Mon-Thurs) Friday Afternoon: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pmContract: Permanent, full-time roleHoliday: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)Benefits:Up to 8% employer pension contributionSick payHealth and well-being supportOnsite gymFree parkingTraining and Development: Internal and external training programmes Responsibilities of the CNC Grinder:Setting up and operating CNC profile grinder machinery to precise tolerancesMachining large, complex componentsPerforming profile grinding on internal and external gear teethHandling individual parts and batch production runs to meet quality standardsReading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, K charts, and gear graphsMounting and balancing grinding wheels and managing machine setups with accurate documentationCollaborating with the team to improve tooling and machining processesMaintaining machinery through routine ..... full job details .....
