Due to continued growth and investment in their Toolroom department, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Fitter and Toolmaker to support the manufacture, maintenance and repair of injection mould tooling.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Toolmaker with CNC machining experience to join a stable and growing organisation, playing a vital role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality and tooling performance.The Package £36,400 - £37,440 basic salaryMonday to Friday dayshiftOvertime availableCompany pensionOngoing training and developmentModern manufacturing environmentLong-term job securityOpportunity to work on specialist injection mould tooling The Duties Manufacture new injection mould tools, inserts, jigs, fixtures and precision components from engineering drawings and CAD data.Set and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision tooling components.Carry out manual machining operations including milling, grinding, drilling and turning.Perform planned preventative maintenance on injection mould tools.Strip, inspect, clean, repair and rebuild mould tooling.Diagnose tooling ..... full job details .....
