You will oversee CNC operations within the joinery workshop, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee CNC machining of parts according to production schedules and specificationPlan and organise jobs by reviewing work orders, drawings, materials, and tooling requirementsAnalyse drawings and blueprints to calculate dimensions, select tools, and set appropriate machine speeds and feedsUse precision measuring instruments, including micrometres and callipers, to inspect workEnsure CNC programmes meet production requirements and quality standardsReview systems and processes, identifying areas for improvementMaintain adherence to ISO quality and environmental management processesEnsure Health and Safety standards are maintained within ..... full job details .....
