Due to continued growth and investment in their CNC division, they''re looking to recruit an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join their team. Why Join? Established and growing business with ongoing investment Modern CNC equipment and clean working environment Stable, experienced team (low staff turnover) Genuine long-term opportunity with progression The Role Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic) Producing high-precision cutting tools (standard and bespoke) Working from engineering drawings and specifications Inspecting finished tools using measuring equipment Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues Maintaining a safe, clean working environment Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proven CNC cutter grinding experience is essential Experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic machines Strong setting and operating capability Ability to read and interpret technical drawings High attention to detail Applications without CNC grinding experience will not be considered What''s on Offer 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience Monday-Friday (no weekends) Flexible shift options Stable, long-term opportunity Clear progression within a growing team ..... full job details .....
