CNC Miller Setter/Operator Salary: £39500 - £41500/hr DOE Rugby CV22 - Full Time Permanent We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller who has leadership experience or is looking to take that next step. This is working with a well-established engineering company that covers a huge variety of sectors, working on large components in small batches. This is a hands on role where you will still be running 5 axis milling machines, but also optimising processes, running the milling section, CAD programming (training can be provided) and working closely with the shop floor manager. To be considered You must be able to set and operate up to 5 axis milling machines Edit or write programmes using G code based controls Experience working with large components Live local to Rugby or within a reasonable commute Previous CAD experience is a benefit Experience with process optimisation What do you get out of this? £39500 - £41500 DOE Enhanced rate for overtime 40hrs paid per week 25 days holiday + BH Training opportunities Excellent facilities Job security Work variety Sound good to you?
