CNC Brake Press Setter / Operator Location: Thetford, Norfolk Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Stonetech Recruitment are working with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Thetford who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Brake Press Setter / Operator to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a successful manufacturer offering a permanent afternoon shift and an immediate start for the right candidate. The Role Setting and operating CNC brake press machinery. Manufacturing precision sheet metal components to engineering specifications. Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings. Carrying out first-off and in-process quality inspections. Ensuring components are produced accurately and to tight tolerances. Working both independently and as part of a skilled production team. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience setting and operating CNC brake press machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. Reliable, self-motivated and able to work to production deadlines. Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing engineering business.
