This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position within a successful engineering business, working with modern CNC equipment in a clean, safety-focused production environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC brake presses and powered rollers to manufacture high-quality stainless steel and mild steel components, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.Working HoursThis is a 40-hour per week position working a rotating double-day shift pattern:Week 1 (Early Shift): Monday to Friday, 5:45am - 1:45pmWeek 2 (Late Shift): Monday to Friday, 2:15pm - 10:15pmA paid 30-minute break is included each day.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC brake presses to manufacture components to specification.Set up and operate CNC plate rollers.Interpret engineering drawings and programme machinery accordingly...
