20% uplift for 6am-2pm shift (-19.88/hour)
40% uplift for 2pm-10pm shift (-23.20/hour)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Rotating (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
Introduction
A global leader in the manufacture of respiratory drug delivery components is looking for an experienced CNC & Manual Miller to join its manufacturing site in Blackburn. This hands-on role supports the production of precision-engineered components to exacting industry standards, contributing to world-class quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage CNC and manual milling machines to support production output
Develop and implement milling techniques that maximise quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Support and mentor apprentices in CNC milling
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with company standards
Actively participate in ongoing improvement projects using internal systems and best practices
