CMS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced CMS Analyst with Clio Operate expertise to support a major technology transformation programme. Responsibilities Configure and support Clio Operate, including workflows, fields, templates, permissions and system settings Help migrate case and matter data from existing systems into Clio Operate Review and improve data quality before and during migration activities Map data fields between old and new systems and support migration testing Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure successful go live Support user testing and provide assistance during implementation Maintain clear documentation of system changes, mappings and processes Skills andamp; Experience Hands on experience configuring Clio Operate Good understanding of Clio Operate data structures and case management systems Experience with data migration, data mapping and data validation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users Experience working with legal technology systems is desirable Knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra, Boomi or ETL tools would be an advantage Apply ..... full job details .....
