This role would suit an Inspector with strong CMM and dimensional inspection experience, who is confident inspecting precision-engineered components against technical drawings and tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Carry out dimensional inspection of precision-manufactured components using CMM equipment. Operate and program CMMs, ideally with experience using PC-DMIS. Complete first-off, last-off and final inspections. Interpret complex engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications. Use a range of manual inspection equipment alongside CMMs, including micrometers, verniers, height gauges and bore gauges. Identify, document and quarantine non-conforming components. Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. Support PPAP, Gauge RandR, machine trials and continuous improvement activities. Work within an ISO 9001:2015 quality environment.
