Do you take pride in making sure every component meets specification?   We are looking for a CMM Operator-Programmer to join the inspection and quality team of a precision engineering business in Hampshire. You will programme and run CMM machines to inspect complex precision-machined components, supporting both production and continuous improvement.   You will work closely with the Production, Engineering and Quality teams, with the independence to manage your own workload in a quality-focused environment.     Your responsibilities as a CMM Operator-Programmer:   Programme and operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS. Create, edit and optimise CMM inspection programmes. Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspections on high-precision machined components. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and technical specifications. Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately.
