The primary purpose of this role is to ensure components are inspected accurately against engineering drawings, specifications and tolerances, while supporting production through robust and efficient inspection processes. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring manufacturing activities are not delayed. Rate : Up to £20/hour (DOE) Hours of Work 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 6:45am to 3:30pm, Friday: 7:00am to 1:00pm Key Responsibilities Inspect components using CMM equipment and manual inspection methods. Adjust and prove out CMM inspection programmes. Operate multiple CMM machines when required. Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspections against engineering requirements. Identify and escalate quality issues to the relevant quality or production teams. Complete and maintain accurate inspection documentation, including control plans, critical feature records and FAIR documentation.
