Cmm Inspector

We are looking for an experienced Inspector who will thrive in this fast paced and challenging role. 

Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of Inspecting Components to drawing requirements & specifications.
• Dimensional inspection of components using Hexagon CMM
• CMM programming PCDMIS
• Recording and communicating findings clearly
• Control and monitor QMS procedures
• Assist with Audits and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Calibration of measuring equipment
• First off, patrol and final inspection of machined components

Qualifications and Experience

• CMM Programming and operating experience is essential
• Read & Understand Engineering drawings.
• Time Served Engineer with Apprenticeship.
• Previous Machine Shop Inspection experience is essential
• Computer literate
• Excellent communicator

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package based upon their working experience and qualifications.

Dependent upon Experience and Qualifications 38k to 40k

Holidays – 34 days inc.bank holdays

Normal working hours – 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-12.30 Fri. 38.5 hours/week

Overtime – time + ½
