      <description>Location: Deeside | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Critical Manufacturing (CMF) MES Support Engineer Contract: 6 months Location: Remote IR35 Status: Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Critical Manufacturing (CMF) MES Support Engineer to provide operational support for a business-critical Manufacturing Execution System within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production continuity through incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rapid resolution of system issues. Software development will be limited to small fixes and enhancements required to restore service and prevent recurring problems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Critical Manufacturing MES platform.Manage incidents through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to production.Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, configuration, integration, and database-related issues.Analyse logs, system traces, and SQL data to identify root causes.Implement workarounds where required to maintain operational continuity.Collaborate with Production, Quality, IT teams, and third-party vendors to restore service quickly.Conduct root cause analysis an...</description>
