(PAYE through Umbrella) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CMDB Application Developer andamp; Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain a centralized Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solution supporting IT Service Management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business applications, automating data collection, implementing dashboards, and delivering actionable reporting and KPI monitoring capabilities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and governance. The solution may be built using Google Workspace technologies (AppSheet, Apps Script, BigQuery, Looker Studio) or equivalent platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or custom web development frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Application Development Design and develop a CMDB management application. Create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management.
