This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong Hurco milling experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. While programming and operating experience are important, the ability to confidently set Hurco machines is the key requirement for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting, programming and operating Hurco CNC milling machinesSetting tools, fixtures and work-holding equipment for production runsReading and interpreting engineering drawingsProducing precision components to tight tolerancesEditing and modifying programs as requiredCarrying out first-off and in-process inspectionsUsing measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers and gaugesEnsuring quality standards and production targets are metMaintaining a safe and tidy working environmentEssential RequirementsPrevious experience setting, programming and operating Hurco CNC milling machinesStrong machine setting experience, with the ability to work independentlyAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience manufacturing precision components to tight tolerancesGood understanding of tooling, feeds and speedsCompetent using inspection and ..... full job details .....
