Working closely with the Cluster Transport Manager , you will help ensure transport activities are safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused . You’ll act as a key link between drivers, management and wider stakeholders, helping to identify issues, improve performance and maintain high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Cluster Transport Manager with the day-to-day management of transport operations. Support driver resourcing and the weekly driver request process. Manage daily driver debriefs, addressing performance, compliance and safety issues. Monitor driver hours, licences and training to ensure legal and company compliance. Coordinate vehicle inspections, servicing and MOTs, arranging replacements where required.
