Cluster Team Manager - Birmingham and Worcester Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum What We re Looking ForI am working on behalf of a respected care provider to find a confident, experienced leader who can inspire teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred support.To be considered, you will need to be:Qualified to Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)A driver with access to your own vehicle travel between services is essentialExperienced in supporting people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditionsSkilled in leading teams, developing colleagues, and improving servicesPassionate about achieving positive outcomes for the people supportedA Day in the Life of a Cluster Team ManagerIn this role, you ll oversee supported living accommodation located across Birmingham and Worcester, empowering your teams to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.Your day may include coaching and mentoring staff, reviewing and updating care plans, liaising with families and external professionals, and ensuring services remain fully compliant with regulatory standards.
