Cluster Residential Child Care Worker

Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to enhance your development and enrich your experience by offering varied work and the opportunity to work across diverse teams. Your responsibilities include daily home life, such as driving our children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving license is essential). You will also teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores, while creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays. Your role as a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker You will be employed full-time as a dedicated team member, averaging 56.4 hours weekly. Working collaboratively with your team on shift across multiple locations in a cluster of homes within a short journey of each other, you will provide support tailored to the young person''s needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.
