Cluster Reception Supervisor

We are looking for a Cluster Reception Supervisor to join our Rapport team, based at our client''s offices in the heart of London. As you will be involved in managing multiple buildings, your title will be Cluster Supervisor where you''ll be supervising an immediate team of 5, spread across 3 buildings.

The offices are owned and managed by our client, who is one of the most successful and recognisable property asset companies in the UK. You will be the face of the brand in our client''s high-specification offices in an architecturally striking building. You will look after multiple reception sites to provide the highest level of service and ensure that the customer''s needs are in the centre of everything you do.

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, covering shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM as per the client''s needs, on a shift rota basis).

Main responsibilitiesSupporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operationProviding the highest level of service and care to all of the client''s employees and their customers, guests, and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and proceduresBeing responsible for all ground floor reception team members, lobby hosting withing the cluster and events coordinationMaintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriatelyProactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
