As the Cluster Maintenance Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the sites are safe, comfortable, and impeccably maintained for their guests. Your daily responsibilities will include:Team Leadership: Direct daily engineering needs, plan and assign work to ensure your team has the right resources, and promote teamwork across departments.Maintenance Oversight: Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and manage routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Guest Experience: Address guest needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a service-oriented atmosphere.Budget Management: Oversee facility spending, identify cost-saving measures, and manage external contractor relationships efficiently.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term management of the organisation''s infrastructure and resources.
