Our client, a leading provider of flexible office spaces, is seeking an experienced Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee three closely located London buildings covering approximately 400,000 sq ft. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of building operations, compliance, and customer care, while supporting the company’s Carbon Net-Zero pathway. You will deliver safe, clean, thermally comfortable, and future-proofed environments — all on time and within budget.

As their Cluster Facilities Manager you will have strong hard and soft services experience, excellent knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage service providers, budgets, and in-house teams. Experience with service charge budgets, and building compliance (water, electric, fire, asbestos, etc.) is required. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Manage building services, preserving the building fabric, and maintaining excellent décor and housekeeping standards

Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance across your buildings

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and risk assessments.

Build strong relationships with service providers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery.

Supervise and performance manage in-house staff, identifying training needs.

Drive sustainability, energy savings and smart technology/innovations

Manage service charge budgets.

Delivering Excellence in Customer Experience

Qualifications

Relevant facilities management experience, covering hard and soft services.

Strong knowledge of building engineering systems and compliance.

IOSH Managing Safely is a must

NEBOSH certification (support available if not held).
