This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of building operations, compliance, and customer care, while supporting the company’s Carbon Net-Zero pathway. You will deliver safe, clean, thermally comfortable, and future-proofed environments — all on time and within budget.As their Cluster Facilities Manager you will have strong hard and soft services experience, excellent knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage service providers, budgets, and in-house teams. Experience with service charge budgets, and building compliance (water, electric, fire, asbestos, etc.) is required.
