As Club Manager at Soho House, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concepts, including all menus and food and beverage offerings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, any associated events in the club and the member and guest experience.Main duties
Be visible on the floor and engage with members, gather feedback, and relay comments through reporting channels to the kitchen and front of house teamEnsure members and guests have a great experience and resolve issues before they departOrder and purchase products for the ClubManage and operate the POS system and keep item updates currentAct as contact person for staff for requests and problems; pro-active in problem solvingEnsure the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform per standardsUpdate menus monthly and ensure correct printing by deadlinesCoordinate tasks with other departments to ensure smooth operationsPrepare and distribute necessary documents and summaries to staffEnsure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulationsTrain hourly employees on core values, roles, responsibilities, and service aspectsAssign and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet quality standardsMaintain the highest appearance standardsBe physically fit to lift, bend, twist and stand/walk for long periodsPrepare and monitor rotas to minimise overtimeWhat we are looking for
Up to 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality venue within a Senior Management capacityInnovator and influencer with FandB operations management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsStrong attention to detailExcellent customer serviceFluent in EnglishOrganised and reliableAbility to work and build relationships within a diverse teamComputer literacy with Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageousFull understanding of local authority requirementsPersonal license holderSIA knowledge and experienceWhite City House opening hours
