Cloud Support Technician

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Support Technician for a growing remote production business supporting major production and broadcast clients. Joining a small engineering team, you''ll provide hands-on technical support across virtualised environments, networking, data centre infrastructure, edit systems and storage, while supporting users both remotely and face-to-face. We''re looking for: • Strong virtualisation and networking experience • Windows/macOS and data centre support knowledge • Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems • Confident client-facing communication skills • Previous exposure to media production environments or workflows • A calm, analytical approach to troubleshooting Experience with Linux, Avid, Adobe Premiere, shared storage, scripting or Nutanix/VM environments would be advantageous. The role works on a rotational shift pattern across offices based in Surrey, Central London and remote working, covering shifts between 8am and 10pm.
