The Role: Provide technical leadership and expertise for cloud infrastructure and systems, supporting the successful delivery of projects, service improvements and operational objectives. Ensure cloud infrastructure and solutions remain secure, resilient and compliant with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, standards and organisational policies. Provide expert support for complex infrastructure and cloud-related incidents, taking ownership of troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution where required. Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, performance and operational efficiency, including the delivery of cost-saving initiatives.
