Cloud Service Delivery Analyst
OverviewWe are seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the ongoing operational management and optimisation of cloud services across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring cloud platforms are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day service delivery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Monitor and report on service performance, availability, and SLAs/OLAsAct as a key point of contact between cloud engineering, service management, and business stakeholdersManage and maintain incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITILProduce regular service reports, dashboards, and KPI metricsTrack and manage service risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)Support supplier/vendor management, ensuring contractual service commitments are metDrive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud servicesEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and governance frameworksKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management / IT Operations roleStrong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a live service environmentExperience working within ITIL-based service management frameworksAbility to manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reportingExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFamiliarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similarStrong organisational ..... full job details .....
