Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, to be based out of the Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis. The permanent opportunity will pay a salary range of £45,000 to £48,00 plus 15% bonus. As an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and maintaining the shared IT services and delivering projects across group. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Duties Proactive management and responding to alerts from monitoring platforms including the Office 365 Tenancy, on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Working in the Service Delivery function, providing Tier 3 and 4 support for Microsoft products, Meraki networks and Palo Alto firewalls.
