Key Responsibilities Support and administer Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. Manage RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access. Support Active Directory/Entra ID synchronisation and hybrid identity integrations. Administer users, dynamic groups, Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities. Support Okta SSO and CrowdStrike integrations. Troubleshoot IAM incidents and maintain operational documentation. Essential Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory. Knowledge of RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and AD Sync. Experience supporting Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities. Good troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
