We operate a flexible remote working arrangementResponsibilitiesBuilding, maintaining and improving the cloud infrastructure and services to maintain our secure, elastically scalable and globally distributed cloud architecture continues to support the ongoing needs of our customersSupporting company IT services and the administration of key systemsPutting security, availability and resiliency top of the agendaWorking with the Developers and QA to drive efficient DevOps pipelines supporting the efficient delivery of high quality featuresEnsuring compliance with the Governance processes and procedures which ensure the uptime, availability, scalability, security and resilience of the My1Login serviceMaintaining an operational dashboard and MI reportsMonitoring and looking for opportunities to reduce cloud services costsContributing to improvements in security, DevOps processes and complianceSupporting at least 99.9% availability on the My1Login Cloud ServiceSupporting best practice across deployment, infrastructure, metrics and loggingEngaging in pre-sales and customer driven activities as required by the businessKeeping up to date with changes in the technology industryParticipating in the out of hours process and customer support related dutiesRequired SkillsGood operational knowledgeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working on cloud-based production servicesExperience of Networking, DNS, O365, Deployment and lifecycle tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) or related technologiesUnderstanding of Operational DashboardsExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilityGood understanding of security principalsDesired SkillsExperience with AzureExperience driving process or practice improvement within a teamPrevious experience in the cyber-security industryAttributesMust be a self-starter with a strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and the desire to be the very bestNaturally curiousGood written and verbal communicationsAble to collaborate well with stakeholders and colleaguesAble to work in a very small team, willing to go the extra mile and extend boundaries to get the job doneAble to cope with changing priorities and keep track of own actionsDesire to improve security, process and product qualityQualifications and ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in a related roleComputer Science or similar technical degree; In lieu of degree, relevant skills and equivalent ..... full job details .....
