We''re seeking a proactive Cloud Engineer and Team Coordinator to help shape and support a growing managed services business. This is an opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies, support diverse client environments, and play a key role in both technical delivery and team coordination. You''ll report directly to the Managing Director and act as a vital link between engineering, support, and customer success. Job Title: Cloud Engineer and Team Coordinator Location: London (office-based with occasional travel) Salary: Circa 40,000 (depending on experience) Hours: 40 hours per week (core hours 09:00-17:30, with rota for early starts and occasional Saturday emergency cover) Key Responsibilities Cloud Operations and SupportProvide day-to-day support for client cloud systems and security environmentsDevelop scripts to enhance cloud deployment and reporting (particularly within SharePoint)Act as a technical escalation point for firewall and network queriesMaintain and improve knowledge of cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools across the teamCollaborate with third-party suppliers delivering elements of serviceCustomer ServiceBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clientsDeliver a high standard of customer service and technical supportGather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvementCloud and Network ..... full job details .....
