Description CLO Operations/Technology SME (Contract) London (Hybrid) | 3-Month Initial Contract | Financial Services We are supporting a leading financial services organisation that is investing heavily in the growth of its Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) platform and broader loan operations capability. As part of a strategic technology and operational transformation programme, the client is seeking an experienced CLO specialist with hands-on knowledge of industry platforms used within syndicated loan administration, reporting, compliance, and portfolio oversight functions. This role will play a key part in supporting system migration, process optimisation, and operational scalability within a rapidly expanding CLO business. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of a major platform transformation within the CLO environment. Provide subject matter expertise across loan administration, CLO operations, portfolio oversight, and compliance processes. Work closely with business, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders. Support the migration and adoption of new platforms and operating models. Identify process improvements and help drive operational efficiency within a growing business area. Contribute to testing, implementation, governance, and change management activities. Experience Required Strong experience within CLOs, syndicated loans, structured credit, or leveraged finance environments. Deep understanding of end-to-end CLO operational workflows.
