The Role Assemble clips, leads and small precision components in line with engineering specifications. Carry out bench assembly using hand tools and assembly equipment. Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation. Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Identify and report any defects or production issues. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets. Requirements Previous experience within an assembly or manufacturing environment.
