As our Clinical Unit Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of the nursing team and work in conjunction with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to recruit and train the nursing staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and develop care plans for residents
Complete compliance procedures and ensure adherence to laws and infection control plans
Attend management meetings to discuss the status of nurse staff and residents
Monitor and improve delivery of quality of care within the home in line with regulatory guidance
Ensure all nurse staff receive regular supervision and necessary training
Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy to ensure effective operation of the Unit and to develop up-to-date care plans
Qualifications
Valid UK NMC Pin Essential
Experience in recruitment, induction, and regular appraisal of nursing staff
Liaison with Home Manager and Deputy to monitor standards and liaise with CQC inspectors
What we offer
£25.00 per hour
Hot meal provided on 12-hour shift

42 hours per week - weekday and weekend shifts
