Job Title: Clinical Training and Audit Assurance LeadLocation: South West LondonSalary: £52,000 - £55,000Job Description:We are seeking a qualified nurse with experience in a nursing home setting to join our team as a Clinical Training and Audit Assurance Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical training and audit assurance within our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop clinical training programs for staff, focusing on best practices within a nursing home setting.- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CQC standards and effective clinical governance.- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements based on audit findings.- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and practices in clinical governance.- Ensure the delivery of quality care and continuous improvement across all clinical areas.Requirements:- Nurse qualified with a valid NMC registration.- Proven experience in Clinical training - Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.- Experience in designing and implementing clinical training programs.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of care provided within our nursing homes. ..... full job details .....
