You''ll help healthcare and social care staff build the knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to provide safe, effective and person-centred care.What You''ll Be Doing Deliver mandatory and non-mandatory clinical training, including Moving and Handling, Resuscitation, PEG Care, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, Cannulation and Phlebotomy.Assess practical clinical skills and provide constructive feedback.Adapt training to different learning styles and individual needs.Support the Head of Training and Head of Clinical with training and compliance requirements.Provide coaching and ongoing support to help colleagues build confidence and competence.Promote best practice, safeguarding and continuous professional development.Build strong relationships with learners and branch teams. What We''re Looking For NMC registration with postgraduate experience.Experience working in both community and hospital environments.A broad range of clinical experience.Previous experience delivering training or education.Experience mentoring and ..... full job details .....
