As the Clinical trainer your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Deliver comprehensive training programmes to clinical and non-clinical staff. - Sign off competencies in critical areas such as Tracheotomies, Stoma care, Ventilation, and Catheter care. - Develop and implement innovative training materials and methods. - Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes. - Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members. - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
