Visit www.wellspect.com and www.dentsplysirona.com for more information.Clinical Team AdministratorReporting to the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office-based healthcare services. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasksRole And ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and confidential patient and staff records in line with data protection regulations.Access NHS emails and upload referrals.Allocate referrals to clinical team.Support the coordination of clinical meetingsCommunicate with HCP’s to obtain Client information if needed (phone, emails…)Monitor and order samples for the Clinical team.May need to support in other administrative tasks to support business needsProfile requestedProven administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Experience working in a clinical or NHS environment.Familiarity with electronic patient record systems.Knowledge of medical terminology.As part of our team, you''ll experience the spirit of an international and innovative market leader in the dental industry.
