Responsibilities
Use your AI and research expertise to provide strategic clinical leadership to teams across Google, contributing to overarching directions as well as to individual product and research roadmaps.
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, insights and direction on Google’s health-focused AI research projects, working in a deeply embedded model with research, engineering, UX/UXR, product and partnerships teams.
Identify relevant clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and use cases related to the development and evaluation of AI models and use these to influence research and product development.
Respond to the needs of the business and projects by prioritizing effort effectively; work in a portfolio environment to bring your expertise to a range of endeavors.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
1 year of experience with Generative AI.
Experience in an applied research setting.
Experience with Healthcare AI.
Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
Preferred qualifications
3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and strategy development.
