Clinical Services Manager Location: Finsbury Park, London, with limited travel outside London Hours: 21 hours per week, with occasional out-of-hours work Salary: £40,800 pro rata (21 hours per week) Contract: Permanent Reporting to: Director of Clinical Services About the role icap is looking for an experienced and committed Clinical Services Manager to join our Clinical Management Team and support the Director of Clinical Services in the delivery, development and governance of icap''s therapeutic services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong clinical management and people-management skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality, accessible therapy and supporting therapists to provide safe, effective and culturally sensitive services. As Clinical Services Manager, you will have an important role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our clinical services, supporting our network of therapists and supervisors, and ensuring that clients receive a high-quality service from referral through to allocation and ongoing therapy. You will act as a senior clinical resource within the organisation, providing clinical consultation and guidance, particularly around risk and safeguarding, while working closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Administrator, therapists, supervisors and partner agencies.
