Managing and developing medical screening staff, supporting training, auditing and professional development. Conducting and reviewing clinical assessments and medical tests, ensuring accurate outcomes and appropriate decision-making. Providing clinical expertise and advice, liaising with doctors and healthcare professionals as required. Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, patient care, infection control and safe working practices.
