Role: Clinical Sample Co-Ordinator / TechnicianLocation: Stirling and Eurocentral (Fully Site-Based)Salary: 25,000 - 30,000Contract: 6-month temporary contractStart Date: Immediate start preferred We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Clinical Sample Co-ordinator / Technician to manage and document the storage, inventory, and traceability of clinical samples housed in ultra-low temperature freezer environments. This is a hands-on, site-based role within a regulated CL3 laboratory environment.You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate storage, tracking and reconciliation of clinical samples, supporting a laboratory relocation project and freezer inventory review. The Requirements:BSc (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or related field1-2 years'' experience working with clinical samples or biobankingExperience working to GLP/GCP standardsStrong Excel and data accuracy skillsProven aseptic technique and safe specimen handlingAbility to work in cold-room / -80 C environmentsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites The Role:Manage receipt, storage, and accessioning of clinical samplesMaintain accurate inventory records (Excel-based system)Ensure full chain-of-custody and audit trail documentationConduct reconciliation and investigate discrepanciesSupport freezer inventory completion ahead of laboratory relocationWork within -80 C freezer environments and CL3 laboratoriesLiaise with laboratory, QA and compliance teamsTravel between Stirling and ..... full job details .....
