About the Role As Registered Manager, you ll: Lead and support a dedicated team Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with CQC standards Develop and implement systems that promote high-quality, person-centred care Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment Requirements: Valid NMC PIN and CQC registration Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong leadership skills and a passion for inclusive care About Kenway Court Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea.
