Updating patient information using the Patient Administration System. Assisting patients to use the self-check in kiosks where possible, recording the arrival of patients using the Trust s digital check in service. Dealing with any telephone enquiries received by the Outpatient department. Dealing with patient enquiries at the desk and giving directions to other departments.
