The role offers a varied caseload, supportive team environment, and opportunities for leadership, service development, and innovation in psychological practice. You will be joining a growing psychology team consisting of a Trainee and Assistant Psychologist. Key Responsibilities: Provide a highly specialist clinical service for adolescents with complex and severe mental health presentations Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised programmes of care Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, with a focus on third-wave CBT approaches Offer expert advice and consultation to multi-disciplinary colleagues regarding psychological assessment and treatment Supervise and coordinate the work of Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, and other staff as appropriate Contribute to the psychological skill development of wider team members through training, supervision, and consultation Engage in quality improvement, clinical audit, and service development projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research, NICE guidance, ..... full job details .....
