This role is key to delivering high-quality medicines optimisation, ensuring patients receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey, from pre-assessment through to discharge.You''ll work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, providing expert advice, supporting governance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.Hospital pharmacy experience is strongly preferred.Duties include: Support medicines optimisation through medication review, reconciliation, and prescription reviewProvide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants, and staffAssist in the safe procurement, management, and control of medication stockSupport the introduction and evaluation of new medicines and therapiesContribute to clinical governance, including incident reporting, audits, and learning outcomesSupport pharmacy operations including dispensing, supply, and procurement processesAssist in the training and development of colleagues across the hospitalWhat you''ll bring with you:Hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)Registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Clinical diploma or equivalent experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as ..... full job details .....
