Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist with independent non-medical prescribing qualification to cover a pre-assessment clinic and surgical/medical wards. At least 2 years hospital experience over a range of wards, experienced with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Able to hit the ground running. Shifts are rotated through early ( 08:30-5PM, 10-6;30PM and Late 11:30-20:00, must be flexible to cover.
