Location: Reading, West Berkshire
Salary: Up to -60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Flexible Hours

Healthii People are recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding CQC-rated GP practice. This forward-thinking, supportive team is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their multi-disciplinary team.

Key Duties

• Repeat prescribing and medication reviews (face-to-face and telephone)
• Medicines reconciliation post-discharge
• Care home prescription management
• Clinical audits and safety compliance
• Support chronic disease management (if experienced)

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Driving licence and vehicle

(Independent Prescriber desirable but training available)

Working Pattern

• Part-time or full-time
• Tier 2 sponsorship not available
